Isabel Salvador’s ability to teleport becomes a big boon to the Children of the Island. Previous isolated, they are now able to expand their influence aggressively into the mainland.
The cult recruits new members and assembles a team to change public opinion on the travel ban to the mysterious island. After a few hiccups, they become more competent and confident and eventually public opinion starts to shift in their favor.
Next they target the Reinhyl Public Health Institute, the organization who is actually able to repeal the ban. In the middle of their mission to influence their opinion, Sumire Yanagi appears and interrupts their plans. The group withdraws.
They hatch a new plan that takes longer, but has a lower chance of detection. After many months of preparation, they give it a second attempt, only for Sumire to thwart their plans yet again. This culminates in a fight between Sumire and Isabel, which ends up in a stalemate. The group withdraws once more.
