Neisha Fengari is an 18 year old magician from New Salem.
She dropped out of magic school to pursue her interest in humans, causing many minor problems. As a consequence, she is currently performing mandatory community service in Northampton.

Personality and traits
Childlike and brimming with curiosity, Neisha sometimes takes things too far.

Her curiosity is directed toward humans and the world they live in, and she stalks them and reads any documents about humans that she can lay her hands on. The reason for this behavior is simple: she wants to meet humans someday.
She often butts heads with magicians who dislike humans. Sometimes this accidentally improves the situation, but other times it worsens it and she gets lectured.
She is accompanied by a black cat and has formed a contract with it. She feeds it every day, and sometimes the black cat helps her in return, but due to its fickleness there are also times it doesn’t help at all.
When she is angry, her pupils become vertically narrow like those of a cat. She also shares other cat-like features: she can survive falling from high places, can leap very high, can see in the dark, can run quickly, and can walk without making a sound.
Magical abilities and skills
Because she dropped out of school, she can’t really use magic of any attribute, not even basic magic. However, she is good at magic related to stalking and magic that allows her to use her power to the fullest, so she is not completely lacking in talent.
Also, she has less mana than average, so she can’t use magic for a long time.
- Invisibility Magic: This turns Neisha invisible. However, she can still be detected by mana.
- Silencing Magic: She suffices with her own skills, so this magic doesn’t see much use.
- Shrinking Magic: This makes Neisha smaller, down to 14cm.
- Flying: Her broom speed is about as fast as that of a bicycle. While not very maneuverable, it can still be used as a means of escape.
