Problems are piling up

Thanks to Mary’s and Ainsley’s help, Nadeshiko managed to escape from Chloe’s body.

She felt uncomfortable in the branch and wanted another place to live, but the cherry tree where she had originally lived had been altered by New Salem’s mana and no longer felt familiar to her.

Although she knew the cherry tree had been delivered to the city for research purposes, it was late at night, so there was little she could do. So she set aside some time to help Chloe and Nadeshiko—who would likely be partners from now on—get to know each other better, but Chloe was too reserved, and even when Rani encouraged her, she couldn’t seem to open up.
