クロエ・スプリングスプラウトはニューセイラム出身の魔法使いの少女です。
ニューセイラムに持ち込まれた日本の桜を観察するもそれがきっかけでアレルギーを発症し変身する様になってしまいます。
彼女は桜の匂いを嗅ぐ事で変身するので、魔法の力によって枯れない桜の枝を持ち歩いています。
現時点で大学の専門課程をどれにするかは決まっておらず、早く決定しなければならないので先生達に相談していますがその度に意見が変わってしまうので行き詰まっている状態です。

Chloe Springsprout is a female magician from New Salem.
She observed a sakura tree brought into New Salem, which triggered an allergy that caused her to transform. She transforms by smelling cherry blossoms, so she keeps with her a sakura branch that perpetually maintains its bloom thanks to magic.
At the current moment, she hasn’t yet decided which upper division courses to take at her university. Needing to decide soon, she consults with her academic advisers, but each time she does her opinions change, so she’s stuck in her predicament.
This is part of the New Salem
universe.
