Island flu

The island flu is a benign disease that results in typical flu symptoms for men but breast, hip, and height growth in women. Symptoms typically resolve themselves within 1 to 2 weeks.

It is named after the mysterious island where it originates from. Although travel to the island has been banned to prevent people from getting sick, wind that blows through the island still makes its way to the mainland. To counter its effects, the RPHI recommends people such as the neighboring residents of Farolend and those on ships passing nearby to take the island flu vaccine once per year.
