Whales and magical sea creatures can be seen near the Bermuda islands, so traveling along the coast is a popular tourist attraction. Kaia introduces this to Jane and Gina on the first day of their trip to Northampton as a welcome gesture.
The women listen to the gentle sounds of the waves, observing the magical creatures and seabirds, and hearing about Kaia’s partner, Lana. Aislinn is completely captivated by the ocean scenery she is seeing for the first time.
Just as they reach the turnaround point, Jane spots a whale and calls out to the others. She and Gina take in the sight of a whale for the first time in their lives, etching it into their memories. A family of hippocampi and a pod of dolphins swim in the distance. Even Kaia, their guide, is moved and entranced by the spectacle.
Amidst this, Lana gazes out toward the deeper sea with a look of concern. She clearly senses the presence of a threat that had once endangered them.
