Sumire wakes up from her physical exam. She is informed that two weeks have passed since the accident that occurred in the space factory that caused her death, and using her body scan they recreated her body with Beauchêne’s prototype cyborgization technology. Sumire deduces that she must’ve succumbed to her former employer’s blackmail and followed their instructions, leading to the incident. Sumire is angry at the situation.
When thinking about how little Glamtec cares about her, Sumire is surprised to discover her body transforming on its own. To avoid leaking the details of the top secret technology, she tries to spend the day without people finding out: she makes excuses to leave meetings, hides in the bathroom, and tries to stay away from others.
