サリーは弱冠１２歳にして天賦の才を有する魔法使いの少女であり、魔法警察実動部隊エースであるシャール・フェアフィールドの正体である。彼女は失踪した両親が残したレポートを頼りに自らが開発した急成長薬を服用し、また祖父の手を借りた偽装工作をも活用することで、偽りの名と身体と身分で堂々と働いているのだ。

その理由は家族が魔法警察を名乗る悪人の被害にあった過去によるもの。組織を内部から調査し、あの夜の、いや魔法警察の闇を暴こうと日夜奮闘しているのである。

A naturally gifted witch at the young age of 12, the true identity of Char Fairfield, the ace of the New Salem Police Task Force, is Sally. With rapid growth pills she developed based on a report left behind by her disappeared parents and the guise of living with her grandfather, she confidently works using a fake name, body, and identity.

Her motivation is her family’s victimization by evildoers who call themselves the New Salem Police. She investigates the organization from the inside and constantly struggles to expose the darkness of the night, or rather, the police.
