Confrontation

The islanders travel to the Reinhyl Public Health Institute to execute their plan to repeal the travel ban to the mysterious island, only to run into Sumire. They use their powers to turn themselves invisible and disable her thermal imaging tech, but Sumire had the foresight install an implant that transmits ultrasonic waves, using them to detect the islanders.

With their plans in disarray, the islanders resort to having Isabel overpower her. They turn out to be evenly matched, forcing the islanders to withdraw. Sumire quickly appeals to RPHI officials to maintain the ban and brand the Children of the Island as a terrorist organization, but the police don’t have enough sufficient grounds to classify them as such.
