1260 Vigil Street is the location of an apartment complex downtown, near Rucktour University. Managed by Gertrude Rosenfeld, it houses 160 furnished units and offers various amenities such as laundry machines, a pool, and high-speed internet. At the top is a penthouse with a clear view of the city skyline.

Although any member of the public can submit an application to apply, in truth the unit availability is tightly controlled and only those who are verified by Gertrude herself are able to secure rooms as the residents mainly consist of magicians and magical creatures. Gertrude has allowed Jane, Gina, and Sally to stay here while the investigations of the supernatural murders continues.
